Q. When will my order be dispatched?
We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt, and you can expect delivery within 4-6 days from the date of order placement.

Q. Do you offer COD?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders with a cart value below 5000.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders if they have been placed but not yet dispatched. Simply reach out to us at Contact@nattygarb.com.

Q. Ordered Wrong Size, Can I change this?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and we have the correct size in stock, we may be able to make changes for you. Simply reach out to us at Contact@nattygarb.com. Please note that amendments can only be made if the order has not been dispatched.

Q. My order has an incorrect/missing item, What do I do?
Please send an email to contact@nattygarb.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect/missing item. Please make sure that the tags are intact. Once confirmed, our team will email you to inform you that your product will be recalled to the warehouse post quality check, and a new item will be shipped to you.

Q. My order has arrived damaged, What do I do?
Please send an email to contact@nattygarb.com with your order number and photos showing the defects. Please make sure that the tags are intact. Once confirmed, our team will email you to inform you that your product will be recalled to the warehouse post quality check, and a new item will be shipped to you.

Q. Can I Exchange an Item?
We offer a one-time exchange per product category within 7 days of delivery to help you find the perfect fit. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To initiate an exchange, email contact@nattygarb.com with all necessary details. Please note, sale orders are not eligible for exchange.

Q. Can I return the product?
For defective items, email us at contact@nattygarb.com with your order number and details of the defect. Our logistics team will arrange a pickup, and we will inspect the item and provide a resolution. Please note, we do not offer returns for non-defective items, and sale orders are not eligible for returns.
